Return Policy

All products purchased in store or online directly from secret service beauty are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

Secret Service Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

Secret Service Beauty is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Secret Service Beauty is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery. 

Products that have been opened and used are not available for refunds. ✅ Returns Accepted on Unopened Products:

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days for store credit. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

❌ No Refunds on Opened Products:

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

⚠️ Final Sale Items:

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
